Hello! I am a PhD candidate in Decision Sciences at INSEAD.

With an overarching theme of understanding how people make decisions and how these choices shape their judgment, my research focuses on integrating AI into decision-making processes. I explore two key areas: first, how individuals and groups interact with AI and how it impacts efficiency and outcomes, and second, how to design innovative solutions to improve these processes. 

To broaden my impact, I collaborate with firms to study how AI adoption influences productivity and addresses real-world behavioral operations challenges. 

My work aims to harmonize human intuition with AI’s capabilities to transform decision-making for the better.
