Hello! I am Qiong.

I am a PhD candidate in Decision Sciences at INSEAD. I will be on the 2025-2026 academic job market.

With an overarching theme on how people make decisions and how these choices shape their judgments, my research centers on integrating AI into decision-making processes. I explore two key areas:  

1. How individuals and groups interact with AI, and its impact on efficiency and outcomes. 

2. How to design innovative solutions to enhance these interactions and improve these processes. 

To broaden my impact, I collaborate with firms to study how AI adoption influences productivity and addresses real-world behavioral operations challenges. 

My work aims to harmonize human intuition with AI’s capabilities to transform decision-making for the better.
